Before You Book
At Dual Action Roadside, the goal is to make the whole process as smooth and efficient as possible, giving you clear, honest information about the service so you can decide if it’s the right solution for your vehicle’s problem.
Check for a Spare:
Please confirm you have a spare wheel or "space-saver" in the vehicle.
Locate the Locking Key:
If your wheels have security bolts, I will need the locking wheel nut key (usually found in the glovebox or boot).
Check the Spare’s Condition
Ensure the spare tyre is inflated. (Don't worry—if it's low, I carry a compressor to top it up).

Why Use a Professional Wheel Change Service?
Modern cars are rarely equipped with the right tools for a safe roadside change. Using Dual Action Roadside ensures:
How I Protect Your Vehicle:
Avoid Physical Strain: No struggling with heavy wheels or stubborn bolts in the dark or rain.
Damage Prevention: Incorrect jacking can crush sills or damage the vehicle floor. I use designated jacking points with padded saddles.
No “Total Peace of Mind:Many DIY changes result in loose bolts. My “torque-check” process guarantees the wheel is seated correctly before you drive away.
