Cancellation Policy.
The initial mobile call out charge is non-refundable in all circumstances This policy allows us to maintain fair pricing for all customers We recommend providing as much notice as possible if you need to cancel.
Unable to complete work.
If we attend but cannot complete the work due to additional vehicle problems, the call-out fee is retained to cover our attendance and diagnostic time. If you have any questions about our policy, please call 07594 218661.
How quickly can you reach me?
We aim for the fastest possible response, often within 90 minutes depending on location and traffic.
Do you charge extra for late night services?
Our standard hours are between 06:00am – 22:00pm, we do charge extra for service between 22:00pm – 06:00am.
What does your diagnostic service include?
We scan the vehicle’s system, retrieve any stored fault codes, interpret them, then email you a digital report.
Will you clear the codes after reading them?
We can clear codes if appropriate, some codes cannot be cleared until repaired, We always recommend addressing the root cause first.
Do you repair faults too?
We do not provide repair services only basic diagnostics.
