Technician Despatched
Once a booking is confirmed, a technician will be dispatched to your motorcycle’s location, typically arriving within 90* minutes unless other arrangements have been made.

Assess Dead Battery
To ensure your motorcycle battery is safe to attempt a jump start the technician will perform an assessment which includes, a visual inspection of your motorcycle’s battery, terminals, and visible electrical components to identify any obvious issues.
Attempt Motorcycle Jump Start
Once the battery on your motorcycle has been assessed and deemed to be safe, professional jump start specific equipment will then be connected and battery jump start attempted.
Battery Health Testing
After a successful battery jump start we preform a battery test to check health and print results for your reference.
Charging System Check
Once the motorcycle has been started and a battery health check has been completed we will then proceed to check the charging system to make sure it is in working order.
