Emergency Fuel Delivery Policy

Last Updated: 3rd March 2025

  1. Service Description
    • Dual Action Roadside (“we,” “us,” “our”) offers emergency fuel delivery services (“Service”) to customers who have run out of fuel while operating a car, motorcycle, or van. We deliver a limited quantity of fuel to enable you to reach the nearest fuel station or to continue your journey safely.
  2. Customer Responsibility
    • Accurate Location: You are responsible for providing a correct location or clear directions to ensure timely service.
    • Vehicle Eligibility: You must advise our technician of any special fuel requirements (e.g., diesel, premium, biofuel, etc.) or vehicle modifications that may affect the type of fuel needed.
  3. Service Limitations
    • Fuel Type: We typically carry standard fuel types (e.g., petrol/gasoline and diesel). Less common fuels (e.g., E85, biodiesel blends) may require alternative arrangements or referrals to specialized services.
    • Quantity of Fuel: The amount delivered may be limited to what is necessary for you to reach the nearest Fuel station (5 Litres). This service is not intended to fill your tank completely.
  4. Risk & Liability
    • Incorrect Fuel: While we make every effort to confirm the correct fuel type, you are ultimately responsible for providing accurate information regarding your vehicle’s requirements. We are not liable for damages resulting from the provision of incorrect or incompatible fuel if the information provided to us was incorrect.
    • Disclaimer of Warranties: We do not guarantee the long-term performance of your vehicle’s fuel system. If your vehicle experiences mechanical issues unrelated to the fuel delivery, additional repairs may be needed at your expense.
    • Limited Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dual Action Roadside is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to the emergency fuel delivery service.
  5. Fees & Payment
    • Service Fee: A call-out charge or flat fee may apply, which will be communicated to you in advance. Additional charges for fuel quantity, distance, or other factors may also apply.
    • Payment Terms: Payment is due at the time the Service is provided unless otherwise agreed in a separate written arrangement.
  6. Additional Services
    • Mechanical Assistance: If the vehicle cannot be restarted or safely operated after fuel delivery (e.g., due to a mechanical fault or empty fuel lines), we may recommend towing or further diagnostic services at additional cost.
    • Referrals: If specialized services are required, we may provide referrals, but we assume no responsibility for the actions or quality of third-party providers.
  7. Customer Support & Complaints
    • Contact: For inquiries or to report a concern regarding the fuel delivery service, please contact us at [email protected] or 07594 218 651.
    • Resolution: We will make every reasonable effort to resolve any complaints promptly and fairly.
  8. Policy Modifications
    • We reserve the right to update or modify this Emergency Fuel Delivery Service Policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after the posting of any modifications signifies acceptance of the revised terms.
  9. Governing Law
