- Service Description
- Dual Action Roadside (“we,” “us,” “our”) offers on-site wheel change services (“Service”) for cars, motorcycles, and vans. This service typically includes removing a flat or damaged wheel and replacing it with a spare or another suitable wheel provided by the customer.
- Customer Responsibility
- Spare Wheel Availability: You must ensure that you have a functional spare wheel available if you wish for us to mount it. If no usable spare wheel is provided, we can advise on the next steps (e.g., towing, puncture repair, etc.).
- Vehicle Information: It is the customer’s responsibility to inform the technician of any special locking wheel nuts, custom wheel locks, or unusual wheel configurations before work begins.
- Service Limitations
- Equipment Requirements: Our technicians carry standard wheel change tools. If specialized tools or parts (e.g., specialized sockets, performance wheels) are needed, they may not be available on-site. In such cases, additional services or towing may be recommended.
- Safety Considerations: We reserve the right to refuse or terminate a wheel change if environmental or vehicle conditions make the procedure unsafe (e.g., unstable ground, severe weather, or compromised vehicle structure).
- Risk & Liability
- Possible Damage: While we exercise caution, certain risks exist when changing wheels (e.g., stripped lug nuts, damaged wheel studs). We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or issues arising from aftermarket or improperly installed parts.
- Disclaimer of Warranties: We do not guarantee the long-term integrity of any wheel or tyre. If the replaced wheel or tyre is damaged, worn, or defective, additional repairs or replacements may be needed.
- Limited Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dual Action Roadside shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from, or related to, the wheel change service.
- Fees & Payment
- Service Fee: A standard call-out or wheel change fee applies, which will be communicated to you in advance. Any additional charges for parts or towing will be discussed before proceeding.
- Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise arranged in a written agreement.
- Additional Services
- Further Inspection: If the wheel, tyre, or underlying components appear damaged beyond what can be resolved with a standard wheel change, we may recommend towing or a professional garage inspection.
- Tyre Pressure & Torque Check: We will do our best to confirm proper tyre pressure and lug nut torque, but we recommend you follow up with a full inspection at a tyre specialist or garage after no more than 10 miles to ensure full safety.
- Customer Support & Complaints
- Contact: For inquiries, complaints, or any issues regarding a wheel change service, please contact us at [email protected] or 07594 218651.
- Resolution: We strive to address and resolve all customer concerns promptly and fairly.
- Policy Modifications
- We reserve the right to amend this Wheel Change Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our service after the posting of any modifications indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
